Welcome to PerfectArtMatch! By submitting artwork through our Artist Submission Form, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Responsibility

• You must be the creator or rightful owner of the submitted artwork.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including contact and payment details.

Image Rights & Usage

• By uploading images, you grant PerfectArtMatch the right to display your work online within the platform, in associated exhibitions, and in promotional materials (e.g. newsletters, social media, gallery highlights).
• You retain full copyright of your work.

Sales & Payments

• Artists may set a suggested price in CHF. All sales are processed through PayPal.
• 10% of the sale is retained by PerfectArtMatch to support platform maintenance and promotion.
• Payments are processed manually and transferred to the artist’s PayPal address.

Submission Limits

• Up to 10 artworks may be submitted under a standard profile. Additional works may be uploaded for a small fee.

Room Assignment

• Artists can choose between a personal room (e.g. Sala [ArtistName]) or thematic rooms (e.g. Sala Montana, Sala Onirica).
• Final room placement may be curated or reassigned for thematic consistency.

AI Assistant Use

• Artists may optionally request an AI-generated description in poetic, clear, philosophical, critical, or “cheesy” style. The AI helper will generate a public-facing description based on the artist’s original input.

Moderation & Removal

• PerfectArtMatch reserves the right to refuse, remove, or reassign submissions that do not meet basic quality, ethical, or legal standards.

Data Privacy

• Submitted data is stored securely. We do not share personal information outside the platform’s operational needs.

Agreement

By checking the consent box in the submission form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
